This is the story of a young Wong Fei Hung (played by Eddie Peng), who was destined to become one of China’s legendary martial arts master during his time. In the calamity of a nation, a Qing dynasty in reign, corruption spreads vast, and the people of a nation suffers and lives in misery. In order to regain peace and prosperity, a birth of a true hero rises from the soot of a darkened shadow. This is a prequel to such stories from Martial Club (1981) and Once Upon A Time In China (1991).
